Our policy is aligned with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, ensuring your rights are protected.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day "Cooling Off" Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return postage for "change of mind" returns.

2. Faulty or Not as Described

If your OctoCrate arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the description:

• Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund.

• After 30 Days: We will offer a replacement or repair in accordance with your statutory rights.

• In the event of a faulty item, we will cover the cost of the return postage or provide a pre-paid label.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at shop@octocrate.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
